With this in mind, a network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) was established to ensure the digital transition of Public Administration through the adoption of advanced digital technologies. The EDIH4DT consortium offers public administrations of all levels a catalogue of innovative and qualified IT services for digitisation. The aim of this programme is to guide public bodies towards new technological frontiers, through AI solutions for Public Administration, High Performance Computing, Information Security, Big Data and the Cloud.

How to apply for PA digital transition services

Public Administrations wishing to apply for one of these digitisation services can go to https://www.edih4dt.it/servizi/ and send a PEC with the completed form to consorzioedih4dt@pec.it, indicating the above-mentioned services. Requests can be submitted from 12 noon on 12/09/2024.

The partnership including Exprivia offers access to a catalogue of innovative and qualified IT services to Public Administrations, orienting them towards new technological frontiers. The main areas covered include:

Exprivia was entrusted with four services:

  1. S.AI.01 “Conversational URP”, an online conversational agent capable of operating as a virtual counter for relations with citizens, based on the documentary materials made available by the administration;

  2. S.AI.02 “People Management - HR Coffee”, an App that can be used to support HR organisations in managing their employees, digitising key organisational processes;

  3. S.HPC.04 “Talk with me”, an online conversational agent capable of answering citizens' questions from the wealth of information on the administration's website;

  4. S.HPC.05 Data Lab, a service that allows natural language interaction - in immediate terms without the need for formal query languages - with administration data (demographic, economic, territorial, organisational).

EDIH4DT stems from the Project “Secure Digital Transformation of Public Administrations” – approved with “Seal of Excellence” and financed by the MIMIT Concession Decree of 20/06/2024.
