Born in Matera on October 15, 1962. She completed a classical high school education. She holds a Diploma in Control and Internal Audit issued by A.I.I.A. and a Diploma in Risk Management for control functions issued by A.I.I.A.

In 1990, she co-founded the service company informa(ci Abaco, which over time evolved into Exprivia SpA, now listed on the Euronext Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Abaco Innovazione SpA, the controlling holding company of the Exprivia Group.

At Exprivia, she has held various roles within the Administration and Finance Department, and currently serves as the head of the Internal Audit function.
